GDPR - how prepared is your business?

Describe Image here

Data protection is changing! The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into UK law on 18th May 2018 to replace the current Data Protection Act 1998. The GDPR will address significant advances in IT as well as fundamental changes to the way in which individuals and organisations communicate and share information.

The good news is that there is still time for businesses to get to grips with GDPR’s requirements. To help you prepare for this new regulation we are pleased to invite you to our ‘GDPR - How prepared is your business?’ webinar. This will be dedicated to providing a concise summary of what you need to know about the new GDPR and its impact. We will aim to provide you with guidance and information on what you need to do to ensure your business will be compliant with this new regulation.

Presented by Nick Soret, Head of Consultancy Technical Development, NatWest Mentor who will be joined by Gilbert Doull, Senior Employment Law Consultant, NatWest Mentor.

The webinar is free to access. We hope that you can attend and would encourage you to forward this invite on to relevant team members with responsibility for handling records and data with finance, HR, IT and administration.
